We Expect
In a nutshell, as Country Sales Manager, you are accountable for profitable client acquisition and retention across France.
You will continuously assess the French market, ensure brand credibility, and find business opportunities.
You will activate marketing activities to attract and convert leads. You will secure customer success and locally relevant communication.

You continually update your sales arsenal with new skills and techniques that promise profitable growth in France. will be knowledgeable about the French real-estate market and our competitive advantages in order to best recommend relevant sales strategies for success.
The role is based in Brussels, requires frequent trips and visits to customers in France, and reports directly to the CEO.

You identify locally relevant USPs and contribute to product definition
You build positive user experience, address client issues
you understand the structure of the French real estate market and keep updated with latest current trends
You are able to identify the key players
In coordination with the marketing and communication team, you take local responsibilities for external communications and strong, globally consistent and locally relevant brand messages

Must Have
You hold a master's degree in business administration or relevant field
You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
Business development and customer-centricity is of paramount importance for you
You have the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, and handle uncertainty
You have experience with sales of technical products / applications
You are an experienced user of the social media (ex building a network ...)
Nice To Have
You already have a network in the Real Estate business in France
You have affinity with real-estate brokerage and/or software industry
You have affinity or experience with CRM software
